今年は例年や前年より花粉が多く飛散するという事前の関係機関の予想通りの経過となっています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3月初めに既にピークとなり，3月半ばの今もまだピークだそうです．ピークって山頂って意味ですから，半月も「ピーク，ピーク」って「ピーク」の意味解って使っているんだろうかと疑問にも思いましたが，実際非常に高くて平らな山頂が続いていますね😓<\/p>\n\n\n\n

例年花粉が原因で寝込むほどに体調が悪くなるのは，春分の日から月末にかけての中の一日〜数日です<\/a>．長年の体験と理系なりの解釈として，「花粉は累積で効いてくる」というのがあります．時定数ですね．それが3段ぐらいの時定数があって，日々リセットされる短いもの，数日から一週間くらいのもの，そして数か月から年単位のものです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

中期の時定数での “放電” がしきれずに蓄積して3月末に最悪な状態に見舞われるわけです1<\/a><\/sup>たぶん抗体価の増減がそんな感じなのだと思います．<\/span> 2<\/a><\/sup>また，これまで発症しなかった人が発症するのには数か月から年単位の長期の時定数によるものと解釈しています．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

花粉の飛ぶ量は一日でも刻々と変化します．「専門家」が言うように，朝は少なくて昼に飛ぶみたいなことはあんまり当てはまらず，早朝や深夜に突然大量に飛んだりします．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今朝がまさにそんな感じです．朝ごみ出しに出たら急にくしゃみ鼻水に見舞われました．Weather News社<\/a>の当地の最寄りデータとも合致します．<\/p>\n\n\n

ここの観測データをいろいろ見ていると，「柏」のデータなのに，実際の観測点は流山だったりします．設置場所を一般から募集しているようで，どういう基準で設置場所を決めるか解りませんが，柏市内で適当な場所がなかったんでしょうね．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

当地については何年か前，同じ市内とあるのに，自分の症状と合致せず，むしろ隣の市のデータのほうが合ったので，たぶん市内なのにかなり遠くにあるのだろうなと思っていましたが，今シーズンは症状と観測データがよくマッチするので，今シーズンの設置場所は同じ市内で比較的近い場所なのだろうなと推測しています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

時定数の話に戻りますが，シダキュアを服用して3年以上になりますが，数日とか数か月の長い時定数での症状の軽重がほとんどなくなりました．主に今飛んでいる花粉の量のみが症状に効いてきます．たぶんシダキュアを連続的に服用することによって常に抗体価が高く，中長期的には常に飽和状態なのでしょう．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
