近所の林の中にひときわそびえるスギの大木の上の方に，花と思われる茶色の房が多数実っています．<\/p>\n\n\n

完全にシーズンイン<\/a>してますね．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

昨日から鼻うがいを試してみることにしました．いつ買ったか解らない1<\/a><\/sup>といっても数年から5年くらい前と思います．<\/span>鼻うがい用のノズル付きボトルを使っています．容量は140mlで，生理食塩水の濃度は0.9%とのことですから，1.2〜1.3gの食塩を入れれば良いことが解ります．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

昨日は2回試しました．昼過ぎの1度目は非常に良い感じでしたが，夕方の2度目は余り良い感じがしません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

「感じ」というのは鼻の抜けとか粘膜の鈍痛（筆者の場合は主に額の中央付近）の軽重です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

案外効くのはミント系のガムです．とは言え効いているのはかんでいる間とそのあとほんの少しの時間だけで，ガムも実売価格がじりじり値上がりしているので，「感じ」が最悪のときだけにします．<\/p>\n\n\n
