2月下旬となり，スギ花粉もちらほら飛び始めてきたようです．今のところ，ときどきくしゃみが出る程度で，鼻水は寒いと出ますが，それは花粉の飛んでいない真冬も同じです1<\/a><\/sup>ただし，前日の耳鼻科の受診では，鼻の粘膜が少し腫れていると診断されました．言われてみれば就寝時少し鼻の息が通りにくい感じはあります．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1度はシダキュアをやめる決意<\/a>をしましたが，まる5年まで続けることに心変わりしました．その理由は自分でもよく解りません．やめればやめたで新世代のよく効く抗アレルギー剤を服用できるので後悔はないと思いますが，行けるところまで行くことにしました．まる3年を超えてゴールが見えてきたのが心変わりの原因かも知れません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
