iPhone 7はつくづく良いスマホだったと感じる日々です．まあ，iPhone 14が悪いわけではありませんが，iPhone 7のサイズ，薄さ，重さは絶妙でした．iPhone 7を同時期に使用し始めた友人が2人いますが，2人とも数年前にiPhone 7と同じサイズのiPhone SE2に乗り換えましたが，それは大正解だったと思います．<\/p>\n\n\n

iPhoneを乗り換えてもiOSはそのままなのでユーザーエクスペリエンス的には大きな変化はないんですよね．レスポンスや動作速度は新しい方が速いには速いですが，感動するほどの違いはないです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TochIDからFaceIDへ変わったことでApple Payの認証手順が変わりました．これまでにFaceIDで数回支払いをしましたが，右側のボタンを2回押してFaceIDの認証をするというのにまだ慣れてなくて，画面をロックしたりSiriを起動させてしまったりしています．まあこれは慣れるのは時間の問題と思いますが．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ただ，FaceIDについては思った以上に高速です．iPhone 7で指でホームボタンを押している時間より速い様に感じます．サングラスをかけていても認証スピードは変わらないですが，マスクをしたままだとちょっと（数秒）待たされる感じです．また，さすがにマスクとサングラスを両方装着すると認証できません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

その他はやはり家族の同じようなiPhoneのカメラのガラスが割れた<\/a>のがけっこうショックで，自分用であるiPhone 14には2個のカメラのレンズをまとめてカバーするガラス製のカバーを買って付けました．レビューには，これを付けると事実上フラッシュが使えないとありますが，承知の上で買いました．実際フラッシュを焚くと，画像全体が白くなってまともな写真が撮れません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今のところ感じている唯一のメリットはやはりRAMの大きさ<\/a>だと思います．RAM 2GBと推定されているiPhone 7でPokémon GOをプレイしていて，必要に駆られてメモなど他のアプリを起動してから戻ると必ず再起動になりますが，6GBのiPhone 14では滅多に再起動にはならずたいていresumeとなります1<\/a><\/sup>Pokémon GO専用にしているAQUOS sense4 lite（搭載RAMは4GBと発表<\/a>されている）では，5回のアプリ切り替えで2回くらい再起動になる感じです（当社調べ）．<\/span>．Pokémon GOは再起動にかなり時間がかかり，レイドバトルにあと何十秒で入らないと，というときに間に合わなかったりします．また，Pokémon GOをプレイするとiPhone 7では本体がかなり熱くなり，バッテリーの消耗が激しいですが，14では少し暖かくなるくらいです．連続プレーはしていないのでバッテリーの持ちまでは解りませんが今度機会があったら調べてみたいと思います．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
