湿疹ができやすい体質で，特に夏にひどくなることが多いのですが，この夏はこれまでになくひどく，ずいぶん気分も沈みました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

自分なりに因果関係を考えていますが，少なくとも大汗をかくような外仕事をした翌日の夕方にひどくなる，ということが解っています1<\/a><\/sup>皮膚科医のサイトでも，「汗」が主な原因の一つに挙げられることが多いです．<\/span>．湿疹がひどくなってやる気も出ませんが，そういう関係があるので，あまり今年は外作業ができず，庭も畑も草ボウボウです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

どうしようもないので先週の金曜日に皮フ科に行って，塗り薬を処方してもらいました．少しずつ良くなってきたので，火曜日に久しぶりに外作業をしたら，水曜日の夕方には新しい湿疹が腰の周りの広い範囲に出てきてしまいました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

いろいろ原因になりそうなもの・ことを考えてみました．外作業をするときは上下とも着古したシャツとズボンに着替えます2<\/a><\/sup>作業着をまともに買うとけっこうな値段になるので😓<\/span>．毎回作業後には洗濯してますが，1度の作業でシャツは汗でべっとり肌にくっつきます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

この時期まだ熱中症の危険があるので，作業は午前中の1〜1時間半，長くて2時間です．作業を終えたら直ぐにシャワーを浴び，衣服は下着を含め全部洗濯済みのものに着替えます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そうした一連の行動を振り返ってみて，1つ気がつきました．入浴は宵の口に毎日します．その時は固形の石けんを使って体を洗いますが，作業後のシャワーでは汗や汚れがひどいからボディーソープのほうが良いかなと思って，ボディーソープを使います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

以前，保湿ローションでかぶれた経験があり，ひょっとしたらそのボディーソープが原因ではないかと思い当たりました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

昨日も作業をしましたが，シャワーの際にはボディーソープでなく，通常の入浴時に使う固形石けんを使いました．今のところ新しい湿疹は出ていないようです．これで問題がないようでしたら，そのボディーソープが原因と特定できそうです．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
