長崎新幹線1<\/a><\/sup>正式名は “西九州新幹線” <\/span>が来る23日に開業した<\/s>するそうです．鉄ちゃんでもないし，長崎には友人知人が少しいる程度で，今まで訪れたことはなく，今後1度は行ってみたいと考えていますが具体的なプランはありません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そんなバックグラウンドで，「長崎新幹線開通」のニュースを，多くの皆さんと同様にボーッと聞くと，「ふーん．まあ，九州新幹線とつながって九州・山陽新幹線と直通運転するようになったら，九州旅行を考えてみようかな」とボーッと考えていました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今回は “部分開業” なはずで，全線開通はいつなのかなとボーッと考えながら調べたら，な，なんと，九州新幹線と接続するのに絶対に必要な佐賀県の部分の具体的な整備計画がないそうではないですか．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

長崎本線の収支がどうなっていたか知りませんし，長崎新幹線の収支見込みがどうなっていて，建設費の返済を今後どうするか等全く知識はありませんが，少なくとも地域経済の大きな重荷になるのではないかと思わざるを得ません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

旅は特別好きでも嫌いでもないです．国内外の旅行2<\/a><\/sup>どちらかというと海外旅行のほうが好きです．<\/span>をするとなると，仕事の出張でも個人の旅行でも全部自分で調べてチケットや宿泊をアレンジしてきました．そういうフツーレベルの筆者が今長崎往復の旅行を計画するとすると，たぶん，空路を選択すると思います．あるいは時間的に余裕があれば，新幹線で博多往復にして，博多からレンタカーを借りる，でしょうか．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

残念ながら，部分開業の長崎新幹線を利用する選択肢は，筆者レベルの，旅行や交通機関に多少の関心と理解がある程度の多くの普通人にはないと思います．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
