これまで，毎年そうだったのかもしれませんが，ある時期（たぶん夏）あちこち発疹ができて，痛痒くなります．たぶん，蚊に刺されて数センチに及ぶ大きな腫れは引いたけど，刺された中心から半径数ミリくらいがぽつんと小さい出来物のように何日も残り，衣服と擦れて痛痒く感じ，ときには出血したりするのだと思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

この痛痒い感じというのは非常に不快で，ある程度やる気のあるときはいいのですが，やる気の出ないときは，その残り少ないやる気を完全に削ぎ落としてしまいます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

リタイヤしてわかったのは，やる気の出ないときは，あえて何もしないほうが良いということです1<\/a><\/sup>現役サラリーマンだった頃はやる気が出なくて，一日ダラダラ（やらないでいいパソコンのメンテとか）しても給料はもらえました😥 給料泥棒というやつです．その点自営の皆さんは大変だと思います．<\/span>．やる気ゼロでも，サーバーのメンテくらいはできるので，発疹をこすらないように動き最小でダラダラ作業します．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

あとは，昼寝ですが，暑い時期は汗をかくので，背中の発疹はますます痒くなります．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ある程度やる気があれば，この痛痒さは気にはなりますが，予定していた外作業をするには大きな問題になりません．だからといって，あんまり頑張ると，衣服で擦れたり，汗をかいたり，場合によっては，その部分をぶつけたりして，痛痒さを悪化させることがありますから，ほどほどがいいようです．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
