1955年に自由民主党ができてから，ほんの数年間をのぞいて，単独政権，ないし与党第一党として60年以上政権を担い続けています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

いちおう看板は民主主義としているけど，実質的には民主主義とはいえない国は世界にいくつもあります．たとえば身近な国のひとつSガポールは選挙制度を巧みに変えながら，1965年の独立の前の1959年からの自治時代から全ての総選挙で人民行動党が勝利し続けているようです．報道統制などもあるようで，「明るい北朝鮮」とも表されているそうです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

たぶん，Sガポールに住まないけどよく知っている人で，「Sガポールは実質的にも民主国家だ」と評する人がいたら，そいつはバカです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sガポールとわが国を比較してみると，政権の報道への圧力は間違いなくあるし，得票率が過半数に満たない与党が過半数を楽々取って長期政権が続けられる民意を反映しにくい選挙制度になっている点も同じです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そして，自民党は，いちおう「看板は民主主義」となっているその看板（憲法）さえも非民主的な方向に変えようとしています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

こんな状況を端から見て，「日本は実質的に民主的な国家だ」と評する人がいたら話を聞いてみたいもんです1<\/a><\/sup>たぶんバカです．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

全議員の選出を比例代表制にして，票の割合が議員の割り振りに反映されるように選挙制度を変えるしかないと思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

自民党から，目先の政権より将来の日本のことを考えて，選挙制度を抜本的に変えるリーダーが出ないかなとしか期待できません．「戦後レジュームがなんとか」よりも，後世に高い評価を残すチャンスですよ．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
