4月に入って比較的楽だったのですが，半ば以降，頭痛，目の周りがかゆい，倦怠感などの症状があります．暑かったり寒かったりするし，日頃から抱えている睡眠不足の影響もあるので花粉症なのかどうかも微妙です1<\/a><\/sup>ロシアのウクライナ侵略のニュースが精神的に与えている影響も少なくないです．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

アレルギー検査で，強いアレルギー反応があることがはっきりしているスギ花粉は4月中旬以降当地では少ないと推測されます．代わってヒノキの花粉が飛んでいると思います．ヒノキの花粉にはスギほど強くはないですがアレルギー反応があります．この時期はくしゃみ鼻水よりも目の周りの違和感が主な症状です．一番ひどいときはかゆいと感じますが，そこまで行かない状態では違和感程度です．鼻の症状もまったくないわけではなく，時々くしゃみ鼻水が出て，鼻がつまり気味な状態が長く続きます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
