環境省の「はなこさん」が終了<\/a>してしまったので，ちょっと不満ながら民間気象情報会社の花粉飛散量のデータを参考にしています．以前からの印象通り同じ市内の観測点のデータはどうも自分の症状とマッチせず，隣市のデータの方があてになることが解りました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そのデータで見る限り，今年はスギ花粉の飛散量が少ないように思います．シダキュアの連続服用は続けていますが，これまでのところ，抗アレルギー薬を使用しようというほどの症状に見舞われていません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今日は久しぶりに隣市の😓花粉の飛散量が多くなり，夕方になってくしゃみと鼻水，鼻詰まりの症状が出てきました．なるべくは抗アレルギー薬を使いたくないのですが，これでは就寝できそうにないので，在庫のあるエリザスを点鼻しました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
