シダキュアの服用を開始して3シーズン目です．例年春分の日頃から3月末にかけて一番症状のひどい日を迎えるので，まだ油断はできませんが，今のところ抗アレルギー剤の服用をしないで，特に問題ありません．なるべく外出しないようにしているのは例年通りです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
たぶん，例年春分の日を過ぎれば当地でのスギ花粉の飛散のピークは過ぎると思うのですが，そのシーズンの花粉の量の蓄積（被曝量の蓄積）があるレベルを超えるとひどい症状（発熱を含む体調不良）が起きて，そのため下旬に最悪日を迎えると個人的な経験から考えています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
アレルギーは，生涯の被曝量の蓄積も効きますが，各シーズン毎も被曝量の蓄積が症状に関係しているように思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
