今回のロシアによるウクライナ侵略を見ていて，1度戦争が始まると止めるのはなかなか難しいことがよく解ります．国連は無力ですし，戦争を始めた本人以外，当事国であるないに関わらず，国の指導者や市民が多く声を上げてもなかなか有効な力にはならないこともよく解ります．経済制裁が一番効果があるでしょうけれど，効いてくるまで時間がかかり，その間に多くの人命が失われ町やインフラ，歴史的建造物などが回復不能なほど破壊されていきます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
