なんかテレビに出てくるタレント経済学者やタレント専門家たちが，「日本は賃金が上がらないが，失業率は世界最低水準」だ，だからがまんしろって暗に大資本・大企業に都合のいい理屈を押し付けてきます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

しかし，身近なところを見回してもそんなに失業率が低くて，労働者にとってバラ色には見えません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

日本の失業率が低いのは，いろいろ事情で，職に就くことをあきらめて，就職活動をしない人が失業者に含まれていないからです1<\/a><\/sup>昔からあるのは「家事手伝い」問題，それから比較的最近認識されてきた介護離職や8050問題などです．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

こういう人たちを，経産省の文書では「潜在的失業者」と記していますが，ネットで潜在的失業者を調べると，昔よく言われた窓際族のように，今仕事に就いているけど，仕事がほとんどない人たちを差すような解釈が多いです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

非常に重要な概念なのに統一的な用語がないというのは残念なことです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そういえば，先日のMX-TV 田村敦の聞きたい放題にゲスト出演した，故松岡元農林水産大臣の元秘書の池田和隆氏（政治評論家）が，「カロリーベースの食料自給率2<\/a><\/sup>日本でしか用いられない奇々怪々な指標<\/span>」は「危機感をあおるために，大臣と自分（たち）で考えた」との趣旨のことをかたっていました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

とにかくメディアやジャーナリストは，政府のいうことをそのまま垂れ流さないで，おかしな統計についてはおかしいと指摘をし続けるべきです．そうしてこないから，GDPの根幹に関わる統計の捏造・改ざんを長年許してきてしまったわけです．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
