今日は最低気温がマイナス2度台、最高気温はプラス8度台と、冬としては普通の日だったのですが、日差しがほとんどありませんでした。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
日差しがないと家の中はどこも寒くてかないません。もちろん石油ファンヒーターやこたつを使うのですが、どちらかを使っても、両方を使っても、頭がのぼせたり、足が不自然に暖まったりして、どうも気分がすぐれません。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
多分自律神経が失調しているのだと思います。そういえば昨夜はあまりよく眠れませんでした。寝不足で自律神経失調と言うのはよくあります。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
熱や頭痛や喉の痛みがあるわけではありません。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
