楽天モバイルにMNP転入した回線の名義変更の申請書を投函<\/a>してから12日経った今日ようやく，譲渡先の家族宛に書留が届きました（郵便配達員から受け取ったのは譲渡元の筆者ですが😓）．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

なんだかんだと小さい字で今後の手続きが書いてあって，譲渡先の家族が “my楽天モバイル” アプリで手続きをしようとしましたが，いろいろ見たり調べたりしたところ，今の時点では譲渡元が楽天から次の手続きの連絡を待てばいよことが解りました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

この楽天モバイルのページ<\/a>で確認したところ，楽天モバイルは郵便の受け取りを確認した後，次の手順を記したメールを譲渡元宛に送ってくるようです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

「住所確認のため受け取ればいいだけの手紙です．」<\/p>\n\n\n\n

とだけ書いておいてくれば，無駄な作業をしなくて済んだのにと思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

追記(2022年1月27日)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

新しく記事を起こすほどじゃないので追記します。金曜日に譲渡先(筆者の家族)に届いた転送無用の書留を開封して、楽天モバイルは住所が正しいことを把握したはずです。<\/p>\n\n\n\n

次の先方からのアクションを、今か今かと待っていたのですが、水曜日の夕方ようやくメールで連絡がありました。内容的には譲渡先の楽天での決済方法が複数あるが、そのうちどのカードを使うか下4桁で知らせて欲しい、とのことです。本人に確認した上翌日(本日)の朝のうちに返信して、また先方からのアクション待ちです。<\/p>\n\n\n\n
