北日本の人たちには怒られそうですが，当地もいよいよ冬本番の冷え込みとなりました．寒波が来て，前日北風が吹いて，朝晴れて風が弱いのが，関東地方平野部の冷え込む条件ですが，今朝はその条件がそろい-4.9℃<\/a>1<\/a><\/sup>まだ本日は終わっていないので，「速報値」です．<\/span>と，-5℃一歩手前となりました．だいたい-5℃を下回ると，窓枠に着いた露が凍りますが，今朝は凍っていませんでした2<\/a><\/sup>同じ-5℃でも，寒さが続いた後の-5℃と，だんだん気温が下がってきた時の-5℃では，建材に残っている熱が違うなどの条件の違いがあると思います．<\/span>．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ちなみに就職して初めて当地に住んだ1983年の12月は，21日に-8.8℃，27日に-9.0℃まで冷えています．翌1月の20日には-13.5℃という，人生で一番低い気温を経験4<\/a><\/sup>居住している最寄りのアメダス等の計測値として．
