今シーズン（赤）はかなり花粉が飛散していますが，昨年（青）と一昨年（緑）はほとんど花粉の飛散がなかったようです（昨日の記事<\/a>から再掲）．<\/p>\n\n\n

ということで，シダキュアの服用を始めてから最初の花粉大量飛散の年の症状を比較すべき，花粉の飛散量があった年はないかなと思って，自分のブログを探してみたら，2016〜2018年はかなりの量の花粉が飛んでいたようです（2018\/3\/25の記事<\/a>から再掲）．<\/p>\n\n\n

青が2016年3月，緑が2017年3月，赤が2018年3月1<\/a><\/sup>2016年と2017年は3月通月データ，2018年は3月1〜24日のデータ．<\/span>です．2018年の飛散量は著しいです．こんなに飛んでも，ザイザルとエリザスをしっかり使用していれば，(2018年)3月25日頃までは軽症で済んだ様です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今年は，せっかくのシダキュア使用の意義を無駄にしないように，なるべくザイザルとエリザスを使用しないようにしてきていて，症状的にも「軽症」2<\/a><\/sup>新型コロナウイルス感染症のレポートを見ていると，自分の「軽症」の範囲をもっと広げないと行けないとは感じていますが😓<\/span>で済んでいると思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

しかし，2018年もこの「軽症」と書いたあと，花粉がさらに飛び，一週間後（2018\/4\/3）に症状がひどくなった<\/a>ようなので，まだまだ3月5日では，楽観も油断も許されません．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
