気象関係者が昨日から言っていたとおり，雨が上がって快晴となった今日（2021\/03\/03）は，花粉がかなり飛んでいるようです．しかし，なるべく抗アレルギー薬を使用せずにシダキュアのみで耐えるというのを一週間近く継続中です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

午前中に金融関係の用事とスーパーでの買いだしのために小一時間ほど徒歩で外出しました．途中でくしゃみがときどき出て，鼻水も出ましたが，なんとか耐えました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

昼過ぎまで家にいましたが，だんだん症状がきつくなり，結局ザイザルを服用しました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

服用してすぐにPokémon GOのために，外出しました．その際思いついて，花粉光環を撮れるか試みましたが，そんなようなそうでないような感じになりました．白い円の少し外周に虹色っぽい輪が見えるような見えないようなです．<\/p>\n\n\n

はなこさんのデータで見ると，既に午後はピークアウトしているようです．外出から戻った頃にザイザルが効いてきたのか，ずいぶん楽になりました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

次回は，ピークを目指して外出して，もうちょっと良い条件の撮影ポイントを探して撮りたいと思います．いや，外出しない方が身のためです😓<\/p>\n\n\n
