今日の昼間は，快晴でしたが，冷たい北風がやや強く吹いていました．当地の最寄り1<\/a><\/sup>直線距離で3kmほど．<\/span>のはなこさん<\/a>のデータは次の通りです．<\/p>\n\n\n

花粉が飛びまくった，2月20日〜24日のあとは，ザイザルとエリザスを使用を止めています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

昨日(2\/26)の夕方から今日の午頃にかけて，1㎥あたり，100個前後の花粉が観測され続けたようです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今日(2\/27)の午前中から昼過ぎにかけて外出したのですが，途中でどうにもくしゃみと鼻水が止まらなくなりそうになったので，所持していたザイザルを服用しました．しばらくして落ち着きました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

シダキュアの服用をはじめて，1年4か月ですが，服用開始前までは，花粉の時期には，一度鼻の症状が出始めると，花粉の飛散量が減っても症状がなかなか治まりませんでした．ですから，シーズン中は，花粉の飛散が少ない日（例えば，上の図では2月25，26両日）でもザイザルとエリザスの使用を止めることができませんでした．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

しかし，シダキュアの服用を続けている現在では，花粉が収まれば症状は治まり，ザイザルとエリザスに頼らなくても大丈夫なようです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
