コンプレックスは，日本では「劣等感」と解されがちですが，高校時代に，いろんな本を読む友人から，「複合心理」と訳すのが正しいと教えてもらいました．今日では，「感情複合」というようで，劣等感も含まれます（出典: Wikipedia）．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

私の身長は，日本人成人男性の平均値とされる値よりほんの少しだけ高い1<\/a><\/sup>ほとんど誤差のレベルです😓<\/span>です．ですから，不特定多数の人が集まるような状況で見回して男性を観察してみると，たいてい，自分より背が高いと思われる人と低いと思われる人が半々です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

しかし，小学校の頃は，1年から6年までいつも前から3番めでした．クラス替えもあったし，転校生も何人か入ってきましたが，不思議とクラスの男子約20人のうちの3番めをキープしていました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

中学に入ったら，少しずつ後ろになり，3年のときは4割位の位置（前から7, 8番目）になりました．高校では3年間そのくらいの順番だったと思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

大学生から大人になってからは，身長順に並ぶことはほとんどないので，気が付きませんでしたが，いつの間にかちょうど真ん中になっていたようです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

今となっては，身長に関して複雑な思いなどないはずの標準的というか，ありふれた身長なんですが，小学校時代に身長が低いことでいろいろ不当な扱いを受け，それが心に刻まれたというか，傷となったのではないかと思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
