今シーズンは，2月の上旬から，鼻がむずむずして鼻水が出るという症状が始まっています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

一昨年の10月からシダキュアの服用1<\/a><\/sup>厳密には普通の服用と違って，舌の下に入れて1分間待ち，水などを使わずに残渣を飲み込み，10分間は飲食しない，という手続きです😥<\/span>，をはじめ，毎日欠かしたことはありません．昨年の今頃は，それまでに比べて症状が非常に楽で，2月の下旬<\/a>までは，前のシーズンまで使用してきたザイザルとエリザスを使わないで済んでいました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

しかし，今年はだめです．2月の初め頃からザイザルとエリザス2<\/a><\/sup>昨シーズンの残りで，使用期限内のもの．<\/span>を使用しています．去年よりは花粉の飛散量がかなり多くなると予想されていることも影響しているかも知れません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
