はじめて大戸屋に行ったのは，いつどの店だったか，もはや思い出せません．しかし，（初期によく食べた）黒酢あんかけの真鱈や鶏のうまさとボリューム感は忘れられません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
それから，何年間（現役時代）か，昼食のローテーションに入れてましたし，家族で外食というときにはいつもトップの候補になっていました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
それがここ数年は，味もぱっとしないし，なんと言っても料理のボリューム感が低下して，がっかりすることが多くなりました（というか，最近満足した記憶がない）．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
主に利用してきたのは，IIASつくば店，イオンモール土浦店ですが，後者は最近閉店してしまいました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
数年前に開店したBiViつくば店は2回利用しましたが，2回ともがっかりでした😓<\/p>\n\n\n\n
カンブリア宮殿に社長が出演したと思いますが，このがっかり感は，その頃からじゃないでしょうか．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
各店舗での調理にこだわってきたようですが，素人考えではそれがあだになったんじゃないかと推測します．店舗ごとの売上げ，コストなど競争させれば疲弊するし，競争させなければじりじり士気は下がる．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
今回，敵対的TOBに成功したコロワイドが，大戸屋の経営陣を刷新して，特に大戸屋がこだわってきた店舗ごとの調理を見直すそうで，一利用客としては，全体の料理の質と量を昔の水準に戻してくれたらと期待しています．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
