西日本から東北南部にかけて，異常な暑さが続き，11日1<\/a><\/sup>2020年8月11日(火)<\/span>は，埼玉県の全てのアメダス観測点で最高気温が35℃を超えたそうです．全くもって，健康で文化的な生活を送るのが著しく困難な状況です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そんな中，連日熱中症で重篤な状態になった，死亡したというニュースを耳にします．こういう報道に接しているとすぐに命に関わるような状態になるのが熱中症だという考えがちですが，昨日か一昨日のテレビの報道系番組では，熱中症と思われる症状から回復したと思われたが，10日ほど経ってから容態が悪化して医療機関にかかったら，熱中症による肝機能障害と診断されたという男性の事例がレポートされていました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

暑さにやられて回復しても，しばらくは要注意ということのようです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

実際私も7月下旬に，熱中症を自覚した日から10日間ほど体調不良<\/a>が続きました．さいわい10日目くらいで回復しましたが，肝臓にダメージがあったのかどうか心配が残ります．今後は暑い日は，無理をしない，というか，涼しいところで何もしないでだらだらすることにします．<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
