そもそも28℃には全く科学的根拠はなく，労働・学習の現場にいる人たちの多くは，24〜27℃くらいが良いんじゃない，それも外気温に応じて多少上げ下げした方が，部屋を出入りする時のことも考えた場合，体が楽じゃないって，経験的に知ってます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
それをこのコロナ渦で，頻繁に窓を開けて空気の入れ換え（＝暑い外気を入れる）をする必要があるのに，28℃とは何事だ，というもっともな意見がバズっているようです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
もちろん28℃も問題ですが，私がもっと本質的に不味いと思っているのは「設定温度」のほうです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
設定温度を28℃にして室温が28℃になるなんてことは普通は有り得ません．28℃にすべき（本当はもっと低くすべき）は，実際の室温です．設定と実際の違いっていうのは，理工的な物事の考え方をする上で必要な基礎のひとつでしょう．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
とはいえ，「実際の室温」というのは実は難しい．どこをどう測るか，得られた数値をどう処理して評価するか．だから，安易に設定温度と言ってしまうんでしょうけどね．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
