3月20日頃から，当地で飛散する花粉は，スギからヒノキに変わってきたようです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

筆者はアレルギー検査の結果，スギ花粉に強いアレルギーがあり，ヒノキの花粉にはそれほど強くないですが，アレルギーがあることがわかっています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

そういうわけで，3月20日よりも前のスギ花粉が飛散した時期には，シダキュアの効果があり，ほとんど鼻の症状は出ませんでした．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3月下旬には時々くしゃみが出て，軽い鼻詰まりも起こったので，2週間くらいエリザスを点鼻しました．もともと症状は軽くて間欠的に出ていた程度で，エリザスを使用するようになってさらに楽になりましたが，それはエリザスの効果なのか，花粉がそれほど飛ばなかったためなのかは確認しようがありません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

はなこさんのデータ<\/a>によれば，今年の花粉の飛散量(赤)は，一昨年(2018，緑)，昨年(2019，青)と比べて，圧倒的に少ないことがわかります．<\/p>\n\n\n

花粉の飛散量が少ないとはいえ，このシーズンに，抗アレルギー薬(ザイザル)は全く服用せず，点鼻薬(エリザス)も2週間使用しただけで済んだというのは，中学生以来初めてのことです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
