多くの大人って，子供のころは親や教師にまあ多かれ少なかれ反発し，就職してからも若いうちは上司や先輩にこれまた多かれ少なかれ反発してきたのが普通でしょう．それが健全だと思います（個人の感想です）．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
一回り以上生きてきて理解できないのは，巨大な権力は別扱いで，おもねろうがへつらおうが小市民レベルでは何の得もないのに，そういう粋でない事をする人がなぜ少なからずいるのかって事です．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
また，そういう人たちの多くは，自分より立場の弱い人を攻撃するように見えてなりません（むしろそのための権力志向なんじゃないかというふしが多すぎます．個人の感想です）．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
