年功序列廃止して，能力給・成果給っていったって，入社1年目からこれまでの中堅並みの給料もらえるわけじゃなくて，単に中堅〜ベテラン社員の給料を下げる（そして全体の人件費を抑制する）ための方便でしょう．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
だいたいほとんどの職種では，能力・成果なんて客観的に測れるわけないし，売上高で測れるとされる営業職だって，かんぽ保険の不正に見られるように成果偏重にすると，モラルハザードになる．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
保険会社の多くの評判が芳しくないのもそういうところに起因しているんでしょう．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
そんな組織の中でうまく立ち回って「成果」を上げるような人は，それはそれなりの能力と言えますが，僕はそういう生き方は好きじゃないです（負け惜しみじゃない😓）．まあ，組織に属するって言うことは多かれ少なかれそういうことをしていかないといけないものなのでしょうけれど．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
また，多くの人は，あとでもらえるご褒美よりも今もらえるご褒美で奮起できるんじゃないでしょうか．成果が出せたので給料が上がるよりも，先に給料が上がった方が多くの社員にやる気が出て，会社全体のパフォーマンスが上がると思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
私の少ない人生経験で，あとでもらえるご褒美のために耐え忍んで成果を出せる人をほんの数人知っていますが，まあ，あんまり付き合いたいと思えるような人柄ではなかったです．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
