年末年始は風邪を引いたこともありますが，1月前半はあまり体調がよくありませんでした．<\/a>具体的には，血圧が高めで，足の冷えがひどいという状況でした．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2月に入ってからはそんなに悪くありません．寒さの底は過ぎて，日差しがあればずいぶん暖かく感じるようになったことが大きいと思います．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

やはり足の冷えは，特に寒い日にはきついですが，こたつや入浴で暖めれば，夜寝付けないほどのことはありません（とはいえ，どうしようもないときはルネスタを服用してます）．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

血圧が高めで心配でしたが，それも，ほとんど平常の値に戻りました．足の冷えを感じるときは，拡張期の血圧が高めになりますが，収縮期の血圧は普段と変わらなくなりました．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

これからの懸念は，スギ花粉ですね．週末の朝NHKに出演する南気象予報士によれば，関東でも関西でも，1月中旬に既に飛び始めたけれども，まだ2日連続で基準を超えることはないので飛散開始にはならないんだそうです．たぶん今週が飛散開始だろうとのことでした．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
