年末年始にひいた風邪<\/a>は，一応収まったようです．既に喉の痛みや微熱感がなくなって数日経ちます．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ただ，弱点でもある鼻の不調が尾を引いています．鼻水が普段より多めに出て，何よりも額あたりの副鼻腔と思われるあたりの鈍痛に悩まされています．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

この鈍痛は，とある漢方系かぜ薬を飲むと緩和されます．普段使用している錠剤のかぜ薬ではあまり効果がありません．<\/p>\n\n\n\n

一方で，血圧（特に収縮期）が普段よりも10〜20高くて不安です．これは普段使用していない漢方系かぜ薬を使用しているためと推定されるので，このあとは服用をやめて，様子を見ることにします．<\/p>\n\n\n\n
